Where is it located?
You will find in the description the property address which can be found on map quest and street by street directions. The barrier to Norfolk is the tunnels. This property being off I-464 does not require one to go through a tunnel. During rush hour you can be in downtown Norfolk in 5 minutes and home just as fast. As well, the Chesapeake court house is just a snap away, as well the Outer Banks in North Carolina.

Because of this location, the city has chosen to support the building of 900 condos, 51,000 square feet of retail space and over 100 boat slips within a half mile. The city's support is 40 million and the cost to develop is estimated at 200 million.
